Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Lynn has worked as a Manager in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years — and counting. He joined Kind Hospitality as an Assistant Manager in April 2021 and began learning what the Macayo’s name and brand was all about. Prior to that role, he worked for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as the Manager of Banquet Operations.

Macayo’s Surprise location opened in 2004 and has been growing with its residents ever since. Located in the Macayo’s Plaza, this location provides the community with a delicious dining opportunity for every occasion and is a particularly popular spot during Spring Training season!
