April grew up in Arizona and fondly recalls her parents taking her to Macayo’s as a kid. As she grew up, she knew she wanted to build a career in hospitality. To achieve this, she worked in every restaurant position from server to bartender and ultimately to her current role of General Manager of Macayo’s.
When not at work, she loves being outdoors, hiking or camping or spending a day at the park with her children.
