Macayo’s Avondale joined the brand family as its 12^th member in January 2024. Located at 10220 W. McDowell Rd., this location was chosen to provide the Avondale community and surrounding residents with the authentic and time-honored Macayo’s Mexican food dishes that are both traditional and modern.

In 2014, Maira began her career in the hospitality industry serving and bartending. She eventually moved into managing. She has a passion for this industry and loves meeting new people and helping guests become regulars. Maira is happy to be growing with a company that has been in the community for more than 70 years.
