Sylvester Campos joined Macayo’s in 2023 as an Assistant Manager and assisted in opening a new Macayo’s location in Litchfield Park. Promoted to General Manager Spring 2024.

Born and raised in the west valley, Sylvester is thrilled to serve the very community in which he grew up. He has always been passionate about the restaurant industry, where he got his first job as a server in his teens and never looked back. He learned various ins and outs of the industry and completely fell in love with every aspect of it. His competitive spirit drives excellence within his team, ensuring guests are always happy. Sylvester’s mission at Macayo’s is to put guests first to help them create memorable experiences each and every day.
