Opened in June 2022, Macayo’s Chandler is located at the corner of Alma School & Queen Creek to provide the community with an upgraded and more convenient location. The restaurant serves residents, nearby businesses and travelers looking for a delicious pit stop for lunch or dinner. 

Born in Michoacan, Mexico, Francisco has lived in Arizona for 38 years. In his role as General Manager, he enjoys building relationships with the restaurant’s guests, whom he believes are key to the restaurant’s success.

In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his house, landscaping, cooking family recipes and hosting large family gatherings. He has been married for 30 years, is a proud father of four and a proud grandfather of 16.
