Our Macayo Story, it all started back in 1946 with two high school sweethearts with a passion and commitment for using fresh, quality ingredients to handcraft their signature, family recipes. Today, our founding passion for food and heritage remains the same. This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating with a special menu with a few of their favorites.

Chicken Fajita Enchiladas Two enchiladas rolled in corn tortillas with marinated, grilled chicken, fajita vegetables, topped with fire-roasted Tomatillo sauce, Jack cheese, shredded lettuce & cilantro, served with black beans, sour cream & Pico de Gallo
Green Chile Pork Stew Tender pork, fire-roasted poblano chile, tomatillo, onion, jalapeño & cilantro. Topped with shredded cabbage & Pico de Gallo, served with black beans & warm flour tortillas
Grilled Tacos Two tacos with with your choice of grilled chicken or carne asada served on warm corn tortillas, topped with Pico de Gallo. Served with rice and refried beans
