All gift cards expire five years from Purchase Date, unless otherwise stated in any promotional materials. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Gift card redeemable for food, product, beverage or alcohol (where permitted by law) at any Macayo’s Mexican Food location. Gift card not reloadable or usable to purchase gift cards, not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. Gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties.
