Q: Is there a cost to upgrade?
A: No! There is no cost to upgrade to loyalty and join Rita Rewards!
Q: How do I earn Rita Rewards points?
A: Earn (3) points for every $1 spent in-store, through our mobile app or online ordering. Points based on subtotal, tax + tip not included.
Q: Are there purchases that I won’t earn points for?
A: Yes, gift card purchases, eCommerce orders, Special Events, Catering orders, in-store banquets, Food Truck orders are not included in accrual. For gift cards, points are accrued when the gift card is used as payment.
Q: Can I earn points on orders placed through 3rd Party Delivery Services like DoorDash and UberEats?
A: No, orders made directly through their apps are not eligible to receive Rita Rewards points or redeem rewards. Order online directly from our website or mobile app to make sure you don’t miss out on any points!
Q: How do I access my account & points?
A: Log In to your Rita Rewards account on our Guest Website or through our mobile app
Q: How do I update my password?
A: You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” function on the Log In page
Q: I forgot to tag my account on my recent transaction, can I still receive credit?
A: Yes, of course! Please contact us at [email protected] with a copy of your receipt and any details on your visit
Q: How do I redeem Rita Rewards?
A: Log In to your Rita Rewards account on our Guest Website or through our mobile app. Cash in points for desired reward to be added to your wallet, present loyalty number, phone number or temporary code to add to your receipt during dine-in visit or online experience
Q: Can I use more than (1) reward per visit?
A: No, rewards and exclusive discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes, points will expire in the event of one-year of inactivity
Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Yes, rewards will expire if not redeemed within thirty days of point conversion. Please make sure you are ready to redeem your reward before you convert your points
