How to Make Macayo’s Tableside Guacamole

Ingredients

4 avocados from Mexico

2 tsp serrano chiles

Juice of one lime

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic cloves, finely diced

.5 tsp black pepper

2 tsp red onion, 1/4″ diced

2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped

Pico de Gallo for garnish

Shredded Jack Cheese for garnish

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, mash. Garnish with jack cheese and pico de gallo. Serve with homemade tortilla chips.
