Green Chile Burgers
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef 1 clove of garlic, crushed Salt and pepper to taste 1 4oz can Macayo Mexican Foods Diced Green Chiles ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 4 Hamburger buns 1 medium red onion, sliced 1 medium tomato, sliced 1 Head Lettuce of your choice
Directions
*Mix beef with garlic, salt, pepper, Macayo Mexican Foods Diced Green Chiles, in a large bowl. Shape into 4 flat patties. Preheat broiler or grill. Cook burgers to desired doneness. Just before serving, sprinkle cheese on top of each bun. Toast the buns until they are lightly browned and the cheese is melted. Top each bun with a hamburger patty, onion, tomato, and lettuce as desired. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
