Celebrate National Fajita Day with us on Saturday, August 18th from 12PM to 2PM at our Macayo’s Depot Cantina location. You’ll enjoy a Mexican Fresca when you arrive and instruction on three different recipes from our Macayo Recipe Box.

2018 Today, our founding passion for food and heritage remains the same. We’re proud to serve Woody’s classic recipes, all made with the finest aged cheese, fire-roasted chiles, Certified Angus Beef and other quality ingredients – handcrafted fresh daily.
Through the decades Macayo’s has become a beloved icon of Arizona food and culture woven into the fabric of our community. We couldn’t have done it without our guests.
Many guests have asked for a cookbook for years, we always knew the perfect time would come to share as ample of their favorite recipes. After celebrating the milestone of our 70th Anniversary and listening to all of their cherished Macayo memories and old school favorites, it just feels right to extend our arm of tradition even further. With our Recipe Box, we are honored to share some of our – and our guests’ – favorite recipes from the last seven decades.
