Example: Macayo’s Salsa Brava



This salsa is one of Macayo’s Restaurants deliciously spicy salsa recipes! Found on the Lunch Burro and Brava Burro… Prepare your taste-buds!

Recipe:


Roast on grill, puree in blender
NOTE: THIS IS OUR CURRENT DEL FUEGO SAUCE RECIPE

STEP 2:

Procedure/assembly:
Ladle 4oz Del Fuego Sauce into a Molcajete
Add 1 Tsp Habanera Juice
Mix thoroughly

If guests wants sauce even hotter just add another
½ tsp to 1 tsp Habanera Juice.
