Second Macayo’s Scottsdale opens.

Macayo’s Depot Cantina hosts the BET
Superbowl Party in Tempe. Macayo’s celebrates its 50th Anniversary.

Macayo’s Ahwatukee opens. Macayo’s takes Best of Picnic prize at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival.

Celebrate Cinco de Macayo and take a swing at the “World’s Largest Piñata” Macayo’s Bell Road opens.

Macayo’s Bell Road breaks the $4 Million mark for the first time!

Macayo’s Prescott opens. Cinco raises $4,500 for the Ronald McDonald House.

2003
Macayo’s Goodyear opens. Macayo’s Depot Cantina hosts a huge outdoor Dance Party for Cinco de Macayo.

The Lite-Minded Menu launches. Macayo’s Surprise opens.
Macayo’s Central and Goodyear break the $4 million mark for the first time.
 
2005
Macayo’s donates $15,000 to the Red Cross Tsunami International Relief Fund through a benefit in the Arizona restaurants.
